Anatomy in Asanas

Embrace anatomy in your yoga poses (Asanas). Each class starts by highlighting an anatomical focus, and gets you active on your mat through preparatory movements and poses that later get incorporated into a flow. It’s a targeted, intentional practice that will engage both your body and your mind!

Tuesdays @ 6:30-7:30pm

Friday Flow

Start your Friday with a breath-paced Sun Salutation-based practice. With a little less cueing, more repetition, and fewer technical details than much of my other teaching, this class gives you space and time to find a flow state while connecting movement with breath.

Fridays @ 8:15-9:15am
